- 12 oz large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon table salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 package La Banderita Carb Counter tortillas
- 1 large avocado
- 2 cups dry tricolor slaw mix
- 6 tablespoons of cilantro lime ranch dressing
Instructions
- Thaw the shrimp according to the package directions.
- Combine all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp in avocado oil.
- Stir the prepared seasoning onto the shrimp until the shrimp is covered.
- In a large skillet, cook the shrimp on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until pink. Turn the shrimp over halfway through to cook both sides.
